We want you to BEE YOU & we offer various styles of yoga: Hot Yoga, Warm Vinyasa, Vinyasa Yoga, Gentle Yoga, YIN yoga, Restorative Yoga, Warm Restorative Flow, Restorative Flow, and an Iyengar based Align & Flow. From Mystic Moon Circles and Sacred Sound gatherings, we help you connect to yourself mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. We are not an intimidating studio which is great for beginner yoga students as well as advanced students. From our wide variety of yoga and pilates classes, we definitely have a class for you! Class cancellations can be made until 1 hour before class. We reserve the right to cancel class if class size falls below minimums. Please check your app prior to attending.
